• access to the Site or its content;

If the Company is found liable for any loss, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services during the year before the claim arose.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from these Terms or from use of the Site must first be addressed through negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot reach an agreement within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration will take place in Pennsylvania, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on the parties. Each party bears its own arbitration costs.
